This affordable housing project, located in Central City, New Orleans, aims to create common spaces and circulation spaces that are interesting and tie the project together. A central sectional ‘node’ becomes the focus of the project as a common space that connects people and programs from floor to floor, contrasted with the relatively simple unit plans.
